Very very impressed with the service i received. I have never met anyone that has been willing to go above and beyond to help fix my heating issues. I ran out of heating oil, and before i knew it, i had delivery of the oil, and Tim also then went above and beyond to walk me through how to bleed the system and fix the heating issue at no additional charge. Great to see that there are still people out there that are not trying to rip you off for any bit of assistance or help! If I could give Heating Oil Today more stars I would! Excellent first class service. My oil had possibly been stolen as there was nothing left in the tank, I put in an order with HOT at 8AM on a Saturday morning, by 3PM I had 300 litres delivered by Tim and Holly. My saga continued though, because the tank was so empty gravity wasn't sufficient to get it to the boiler, so Sunday at 8AM I put another order in and again within a few hours Holly and Tim delivered. It done the trick and I had heating back, yes there is a premium for this sort of service and that service was excellent Thanks Holly and Tim, simply the best for emergency oil.
